This is our fifth year as a chess club.
The team is open to all home schooled students in grades K-12. We ask
that the student have a basic knowledge of the game--know the names of
the pieces and how to set up the board prior to joining.
We have a great team and our members
have competed in local, regional, state and national tournaments.
We meet the 1st and 4th Friday of each
month at the Moss Bluff Public Library Meeting Room from 2-4 pm. The
first meeting is September 7.
